The COVID19 pandemic led to lock down of entire communities for months, closed schools and excluded students from attending classes. This triggered a need for educational institutions and teachers to quickly develop alternative forms of teaching. A key tool in the efforts to continue education became online-based education.
The HLC project aims at creating an understanding and use of digital technologies as part of collaboration in hybrid teams, exploring how to design didactics and principles for hybrid forms of professional learning communities.
The project partnership has developed a curriculum, educational material and the HLC Guide, all available here at the website in the tab Project Results, the materials are for inspiration and free to use.
The Hybrid Learning Communities partnership represents educational institutions from Denmark, Iceland and Slovenia.
